Recipe of the cocktail:

1.5oz Gin (preferably botanical) // 0.75 Lemon Juice // 0.5 Rosemary Syrup // egg white // Fresh Rosemary Garnish

*Shake all ingredients without ice/garnish for 30 seconds*

Add ice and shake again.

Strain into coupe & add fresh rosemary garnish on top of it!
